14、ncandisplaythehigh-speedcuttingtrulylikethestrongpoint.Thehigh-speedcutting(HSC)isanadvancedtechniqueofmanufacturewhichforthepasttenyearsrapidlyrises.Becausethehigh-speedcuttingtechnologyhasthecuttingefficiencytobehigh,theprocessingqualityhigh,canprocessthehardsteelstockandthegoodefficiencydirectly,
15、causesprofessionandsoonaviation,mold,automobile,lightindustryandinformationproductionefficienciesandthemanufacturequalityobviouslyenhances,andcausestheprocessingcraftandtheequipmentcorrespondingrenewal.Thereforeissimilartothenumericalcontroltechnologyisthesame,thehigh-speedcuttingandthehighspeedproc
16、essinghavebecomeinthe21stcenturyamachine-buildingindustryinfluenceprofoundtechnologicalrevolution.Atpresent,adaptstheHSCrequesthighspeedmachiningcenterandotherhighspeednumerically-controlledmachinetoolhasassumedthepopularizationtendencyinthedevelopedcountry,ourcountryrecentlyisalsospeedingupthedevel
17、opment.Thehigh-speedcuttingprocessingisfacesforthe21stcenturyahightechnologyandnewtechnology,itisonekindisdifferentwiththetraditionalprocessingprocessingway.Compareswithit,thehigh-speedcuttingprocessingmainaxlerotationalspeedhigh,cutshighforthespeed,thecuttingquantityissmall,butintheunittimematerial
18、excisesthequantitytoincrease36timesactually.Ittakethehighefficiency,thehighaccuracyandthehighsurfacequalityasthebasiccharacteristic,inprofessionandsooninautomobileindustry,aerospace,moldmanufactureandinstrumentmeasuringappliancehasobtainedtheincreasinglywidespreadapplication,andhasobtainedthesignifi
