定柱式懸臂起重機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與分析
摘要:
定柱式懸臂起重機(jī)是由立柱、回轉(zhuǎn)臂、懸臂驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置和電動(dòng)葫蘆組成。立柱下端底座通過(guò)地腳螺栓固定在混凝土基礎(chǔ)上,由電機(jī)帶動(dòng)減速機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置使懸臂回轉(zhuǎn),電動(dòng)葫蘆在懸臂工字鋼上作往返運(yùn)行作業(yè)。它的特點(diǎn)有:自重輕,懸臂長(zhǎng),起重量大,安裝、操作、維修簡(jiǎn)單。它們完全獨(dú)立,是一種理想的工作崗位起重機(jī),并適用于室外的貨場(chǎng)和裝卸平臺(tái)。定柱占地面積小。對(duì)于起升凈空非常小的情況下也能獲得最大的起升高度。
本設(shè)計(jì)從整體設(shè)計(jì)出發(fā),依次設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算了2t定柱式懸臂起重機(jī)的懸臂和立柱的主要機(jī)構(gòu)部件。選取了螺栓,開(kāi)式齒輪等主要零部件。設(shè)計(jì)了符合要求的懸臂結(jié)構(gòu),并校核了軸承,焊縫強(qiáng)度和轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)軸鍵的強(qiáng)度和剛度等力學(xué)性能參數(shù)。在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,運(yùn)用優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的方法,使各個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)盡量達(dá)到最合理的布置和選擇。
