Because it…I can… 5.滲透名詞+y轉化成形容詞這一規(guī)律。 教學重點和難點: 1.能聽懂、會說、會讀和會拼寫單詞和短語:weather, spring, summer, autumn, winter, hot, cold which season, in spring, in summer, in autumn, in winter 2.能聽懂、會說、會讀和寫句型: Which season do you like best? I like… Why? Because it…I can… 課前準備: CAI課件,圖片,,錄音,練習 教學過程: Step1 Warming up and revision 1. Greetings. 2.Sing a song 《How is the weather》。 3. Review the days of the week and the months of the year. 1)Ask: How many days are there in a week?What are they? How many months are there in a year?What are they? 2) But how many seasons are there in a year?Do you know? Step2 Presentation and practice 1.Teach “season”。 2. Learn the words of the seasons. 多媒體展示四個季節(jié)的畫面,引出新單詞: Which is the first season of the year? (spring) Which season comes after spring? (summer) Which is the harvest season? (autumn) Which is the last season of the year? (winter) 3.Learn the words of the weather. 1) T: What season is it now? Ss: It’s spring. T: Yes, it is spring now. What’s the weather like in spring? Is it too cold? ( Ss: No.) Is it too hot? (Ss: No.) T: It’s neither too cold nor too hot. So, it’s very warm. And it’s often rainy.(rain rainy) Teach “warm”and “rain” 2) Is it warm in Summer? What’s the weather like in summer? S1: It’s very hot. T: Yes, it’s hot because it’s usually sunny.(sun sunny) 3) If you want to know the weather in autumn, you can ask me 引導學生問:What’s the weather like in autumn? 呈現(xiàn)句型 What’s the weather like …? 指導朗讀。 S1、S2、S3 … Ss : What’s the weather like in autumn? Because we can make snowmen and have snowball fights. 4.Learn how to make the nouns into adjectives and know the difference between them and how to use them. 5.Practice with the sentence partners. (chain drill) Step3 Sing a song. 《How is the weather》 Step4 Ask and answer 1.Look at the pictures and practice in pairs with the sentence partners. A:Which season do you like best? B:I like… A:Why? B:Because it…I can… 2.Chant. Spring spring ,it’s warm, we can fly kites. OK, let’s fly kites ; Summer Summer ,it’s , we can go swimming . Good, let’s ; , it’s cool, we can go camping. Great, let’s ; ,it’s , let’s go and make snowmen. Hurray! Step5 Consolidation 1)    Watch the video of the weather report. 2)    Please look at this weather map. Let’s play a game: Act a weather reporter. T示范: I will be the first reporter. You may ask me: What’s the weather like in __(city)___? (Ask S1、2、3、4 to be the reporter. Give the best one some rewards.) 3)    Now we know that different seasons have different weather. Ss: (answer) T: People have different activities in different seasons. What do people usually do in spring/ summer/ autumn/ winter? Step7 Homework: 1. Copy the new words. 2. Collect the words of the weather. 3. Do a survey:ask your friends about their favourite season. Ask them why. 4
