I履帶拖拉機無級變速器設(shè)計(換檔離合器設(shè)計)摘 要本文介紹了設(shè)計的內(nèi)容和設(shè)計指導(dǎo)思想,本次設(shè)計的內(nèi)容是設(shè)計履帶拖拉機無級變速器—換檔離合器設(shè)計,重點介紹和分析研究了離合器,并在設(shè)計中根據(jù)不同的工況進行的設(shè)計,特別介紹了一種新型的無級變速裝置—液壓機械無級傳動,也是一種雙功率流無級傳動系統(tǒng),具有無級調(diào)速、高效率的特性,是大功率車輛較理想的傳動方式。液壓機械無級變速器是一種液壓功率流與機械功率流并聯(lián)的新型傳動裝置,通過機械傳動實現(xiàn)傳動高效率,通過液壓傳動的可控調(diào)速與機械傳動相結(jié)合實現(xiàn)無級變速。該裝置的采用能大幅度地提高車輛的動力性、經(jīng)濟性和操作自動化水平。濕式多片離合器是動力換檔拖拉機傳動裝置中主要部件之一。濕式多片換檔離合器是動力換檔拖拉機傳動裝置中主要部件之一。對該離合器結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計特點做了系統(tǒng)地論述,對摩擦片、回位彈簧、快速排油閥等關(guān)鍵部件進行了設(shè)計,對冷卻潤滑的實現(xiàn)及密封裝置的選擇,并對離合器的扭矩容量、熱容量及其壽命進行了分析計算。關(guān)鍵詞:拖拉機,液壓機械傳動,負(fù)載換擋,濕式多片離合器IIDESIGN OF CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION OF TRACKED TRACTOR (DESIGN OF WET SHIFT CLUTCH)ABSRACTThe design content and the design guiding ideology are introduced in this paper. This design content is the design wet shift clutch of tracked tractor stepless transmission gearbox. The hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission (HMCVT) is a new type transmission device, which consists of a mechanical transmission (MT) combined in parallel with a hydrostatic transmission (HST) featuring a pair of hydraulic units. The HMCVT has a continuously variable shifting ratio by the combination of HST and MT and achieves high efficiency by MT. This device can greatly improve power and fuel economy characteristics and operation automation level of vehicle. The wet multi-disk shifting clutch is one of main parts of power-shift tractor’ gearing. This paper discusses systematically the structural design features of this clutch, including the design of key parts such as friction plate, return spring and quick draining oil valve, the implementation of cooling and lubrication and the selection of sealing devices. The analysis and calculation of torque capacity, heat capacity and service life of this clutch are also carried out.Key words: tractor, hydo-mechanical stepless transmission, load shift, wet multiple disc shift clutch
