摘要:為了提高加工效率和質(zhì)量以及滿足拖拉機(jī)變速箱體相應(yīng)粗鏜孔的尺寸精度及位置精度的要求,需要設(shè)計(jì)一臺(tái)雙面粗鏜床。
因此我進(jìn)行了箱體雙面粗鏜床總體設(shè)計(jì)及左主軸箱設(shè)計(jì)。在分析了工件特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,按組合機(jī)床的設(shè)計(jì)方法和步驟,進(jìn)行了組合機(jī)床的總體設(shè)計(jì)。繪制了被加工零件的工序圖、加工示意圖、機(jī)床聯(lián)系尺寸圖和生產(chǎn)率計(jì)算卡。在此基礎(chǔ)上,擬訂了主軸箱的傳動(dòng)路線,應(yīng)用最優(yōu)化方法布置齒輪,確定傳動(dòng)參數(shù)。最后繪制了主軸箱裝配圖、箱體圖、前蓋及后蓋的補(bǔ)充加工圖,進(jìn)行了軸、齒輪等零件的強(qiáng)度校核。該組合機(jī)床機(jī)較好地完成了設(shè)計(jì)要求,大大提高了工作效率。

The Overall Design of Box Two-Side Rough Boring machines And The Left Headstock Design
Abstract:. To improve the efficiency of processing , quality assurance of tractor transmission gear and cylinder block three rough surface corresponding Boring.
Therefore I overall designed a two-sided rough boring machine and left spindle box design.On the base of analyzing the characteristics of the workpiece ,as the methods and procedures of the modular machine tool desgn , I overall designed the two-sided rough boring machine. By the process of drawing ,the schematic diagram of machining ,the relationship of the machine size and the card of the productivity were drawn. Then the primitive chart for the design of the left-side spindle box was given out. The transmission route was confirmed and the transmission parameter was made. The assembly diagram of the spindle box was drawn. After arranging the gears ,we used the optimized design. The supplement processing diagram of the front side and behind side plate were also made. The intensity of the axises and gears was checked. The machine can satisfy the requirement of the design and the controlling precision was wholly improved.
