底座沖孔落料彎曲模具的設(shè)計
摘 要:本設(shè)計題目為底座沖孔落料彎曲成形工藝與模具設(shè)計,體現(xiàn)了板類沖壓零件的設(shè)計要求、內(nèi)容及方向,有一定的設(shè)計意義。通過對該零件模具的設(shè)計,進一步加強了設(shè)計者沖壓模具設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識,為設(shè)計更復(fù)雜的沖壓模具做好了鋪墊并吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗。
本設(shè)計運用沖孔落料彎曲成形工藝及模具設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識,首先分析了工件的成形工藝及模具成形結(jié)構(gòu)對制件質(zhì)量的影響。介紹了底座沖孔落料彎曲模具設(shè)計時要注意的要點,通過對制件進行工藝分析,可確定制件的成形加工用兩套模具即沖孔落料正裝復(fù)合模和一次彎曲成形模具。從控制制件尺寸精度出發(fā),對該底座沖孔落料彎曲模的各主要尺寸進行了理論計算,以確定各工作零件的尺寸。從模具設(shè)計到零部件的加工工藝以及裝配工藝等進行詳細的闡述,并應(yīng)用CAD進行各重要零件的設(shè)計。
