ZJ4110臺鉆箱體攻螺紋組合機床總體及夾具設(shè)計
摘要：組合機床是以通用部件為基礎(chǔ)，配以按工件特定形狀和加工工藝設(shè)計的專用部件和夾具，組成的半自動或自動專用機床。
本課題所設(shè)計的組合機床是用于ZJ4110臺鉆箱體兩面同時攻螺紋,提高了生產(chǎn)效率, 降低加工成本。設(shè)計的內(nèi)容包括總體設(shè)計和夾具設(shè)計。該組合機床用于加工ZJ4110臺鉆箱體左面5個M5的孔，右面4個M5的孔，一次裝夾同時加工?？傮w設(shè)計包括機床配置型式的確定、結(jié)構(gòu)方案的選擇以及“三圖一卡”的繪制。該機床設(shè)計采用臥式單工位兩面同時攻螺紋的方案，加工和裝配的工藝性好,零件裝夾方便。在夾具設(shè)計過程中，采用左面、下面、上面三面定位, 左面用定位銷定位，下面用兩個定位條定位。上面用氣壓缸夾緊,在壓板上采用一導(dǎo)向桿引導(dǎo)夾緊，使夾緊平穩(wěn)可靠。本組合機床有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、操作方便、加工精度高、工人勞動強度低及有利于提高加工生產(chǎn)率等優(yōu)點。

The General and Jig Design of The Modular Machine Tool for tapping in the Box of ZJ4110
Abstract: The modular machine tool is a semi-automatic or a automatic machine tool, which is based on the general parts and composed of special parts and jig,which is designed by special shape and machine process of the work piece which need to be manufactured.
The modular machine tool is designed to tap on two sides of the box of the bench drilling machines tapping at the same time, in order to improve the disposition and the production efficiency.The focal point of this topic is the overall design and the jig design.The modular machine tool is used to tap five holes of M5 on the top , and four holes of M5 on the right. The overall design includes the definition of the modular machine tool, the selectioning of the structure plan and “three drawing and one card” which the mean is the completion of the technological drawing of the part which need to be manufactured,the general drawing of modular machine tool, drawing of cutter display and the efficiency card of manufacture.The modular machine tool uses the horizontal-type single location two-side processing plan, the processing and assembly technology capability is good, and it clamps conveniently. In the design process of jig, the work piece has been located by three surfaces – leftside ,bottonside and upside. A pin has been used on the left and two orientation bars have been used on the underside. Air-pressure vat is used to clamp the top and the right side.On the compress plate,a guide rod is used to guide clamping, in order to make it clamping smooth and reliable.This modular machine tool has many advantages:simple structure,ease operation,high processing precision, low worker labor intensity, high production efficiency and so on.
