摘要
隨著計算機CAD技術的不斷發(fā)展,制造業(yè)也有了天翻地覆的變化。CAD技術使我們的夢想更加容易實現(xiàn)。本文對當今最為流行的CAD軟件進行了介紹,通過三維建模,熟悉了解和掌握軟件的特性。CAD技術的發(fā)展大大縮短了從構思,制作,生產的時間,大大降低了制造的成本。成為制造行業(yè)中不可或缺的一部份。
本文章的建模對象是汽車駕駛座椅的滑槽,此部件的特點是,以鈑金件為主,不允許有棱角出現(xiàn)。根據此特點,需要靈活運用軟件,通過軟件特有的功能,做到用最簡單的方法實現(xiàn)建模。必須時刻牢記CAD在使用過程中的快捷鍵,這樣能更加快速的完成建模。建模結束后,利用CAD進行裝配。這樣就更好的完成了初期生產的任務,為下一步實際加工打下基礎。
