摘 要
墊板——沖孔落料級進模設(shè)計。通過分析制件的工藝性可確定制件的成形加工需要一副模具完成。在一副連續(xù)模中，可以完成包括沖裁，彎曲，拉伸和成形等多道沖壓工序。相對其他冷沖壓模具結(jié)構(gòu)而言，它具有以下一些優(yōu)點：①工件加工精度較好，尺寸精度較高，并且模具壽命較長； ②生產(chǎn)效率高，凸凹模不受到最小壁厚的限制。但需考慮的問題是：模具零部件加工制造比較困難，成本較高，并且受條料外形尺寸的精度限制較大。
本設(shè)計運用了沖裁工藝及模具設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識。首先，分析了板材的性能要求，為選去模具的類型做了準(zhǔn)備，同時，也為凸，凹模的材料有了依據(jù)。后分析沖裁件的特征，確定了模具設(shè)計參數(shù)，選擇其他零件及卸料裝置。也為凸，凹模尺寸的計算有了根據(jù)。還有零件的加工工藝。
