齒輪是個(gè)種機(jī)器上必不可少的傳動(dòng)零件，對齒輪的各種性能進(jìn)行測試是保證齒輪可靠的必經(jīng)之路。
機(jī)械傳動(dòng)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)能按照機(jī)器零件的工作能力和可靠性的基本準(zhǔn)則進(jìn)行精度、摩損和壽命等多項(xiàng)實(shí)驗(yàn)。
本設(shè)計(jì)就是提出一種改進(jìn)湘潭大學(xué)機(jī)械工程學(xué)院的一臺(tái)齒輪實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)的方案，本方案在保留了原有的測齒輪壽命和效率的功能上，增加了測試鏈傳動(dòng)的效率和壽命的功能，并且更換了新型傳感器，實(shí)驗(yàn)計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)處理，使原來的實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)成為適宜現(xiàn)代測繪要求的機(jī)械傳動(dòng)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)。
