摘要
本設(shè)計(jì)題目為感溫片沖壓成形工藝與模具設(shè)計(jì)，體現(xiàn)了板類(lèi)沖壓零件的設(shè)計(jì)要求、內(nèi)容及方向，有一定的設(shè)計(jì)意義。通過(guò)對(duì)該零件模具的設(shè)計(jì)，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了設(shè)計(jì)者沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，為設(shè)計(jì)更復(fù)雜的沖壓模具做好了鋪墊并吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
本設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用沖壓成型工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，首先分析了工件的成形工藝及模具成形結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)制件質(zhì)量的影響。介紹了感溫片沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)要注意的要點(diǎn)，通過(guò)對(duì)制件進(jìn)行工藝分析，可確定制件的成形加工為兩次工藝成形，即沖裁落料和一次彎曲。從控制制件尺寸精度出發(fā)，對(duì)感溫片沖壓模具的各主要尺寸進(jìn)行了理論計(jì)算，以確定各工作零件的尺寸，從模具設(shè)計(jì)到零部件的加工工藝以及裝配工藝等進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的闡述，并應(yīng)用CAD進(jìn)行各重要零件的設(shè)計(jì)。
