摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)是一款輕型貨車的轉(zhuǎn)向器。通過有關(guān)資料對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)向器的分類,結(jié)構(gòu)性能,工作原理,發(fā)展方向做一系列的調(diào)查了解,決定本設(shè)計(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)向器,主要是根據(jù)汽車的類型、前軸負(fù)荷、使用條件等來決定,并要考慮其效率特性、角傳動(dòng)比變化特性等對(duì)使用條件的適應(yīng)性以及轉(zhuǎn)向器的其他性能、壽命、制造工藝等。
設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容包括總體設(shè)計(jì)方案的確定、主要性能參數(shù)的確定、齒輪齒條轉(zhuǎn)向器的尺寸計(jì)算和齒輪齒條的幾何傳動(dòng)關(guān)系計(jì)算,對(duì)齒輪齒條進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算并進(jìn)行了校核,其中著重對(duì)主動(dòng)小齒輪的齒根彎曲強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行了校核。最后查閱有關(guān)資料對(duì)其進(jìn)行動(dòng)力輔助液壓裝置的相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì),主要對(duì)液壓動(dòng)力缸直徑的計(jì)算,分配閥和反作用閥有關(guān)參數(shù)的確定,油罐容積和油泵排量的設(shè)計(jì)等,根據(jù)計(jì)算利用AutoCAD畫出裝配圖和零件圖。

Abstract

Finally consult relevant material to the auxiliary power of hydraulic equipment related design, mainly to the hydraulic power cylinder the diameter of the calculation, and adverse effect on distributing valve valve of parameters, volume and oil pump oil tank displacement of design, according to the calculated using AutoCAD draw assembly drawings and drawing.
