Nowadays, more and more students who are overweight feel embarrassed about their fat figures. As a matter of fact, every boy and girl wants to be slim and energetic. To look attractive, some of them begin to go on a diet, while some even turn to pills for help,

Health experts say these pills may have side effects such as falling out, liver failure. Because weight-loss pills contain chemicals which may cause damage to body. So they advise teenagers work out regularly and get intoshape in the long term. Walking and rid
3、ing a bike also count. At the same time, having a balanced diet is necessary. Don’t skip breakfast. A certain amount of fruit and vegetables should be eaten every day.
