一 選題:
近年來(lái),各級(jí)政府和相關(guān)職能部門(mén)為殘疾人的康復(fù)、教育、就業(yè)培訓(xùn)、勞動(dòng)就業(yè)做了大量的工作,殘疾人事業(yè)發(fā)展取得了可喜得成績(jī)。但是,殘疾人事業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r與經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的總體水平仍然存在較大差距。
殘疾人需要什么樣的車(chē)呢?隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的蓬勃發(fā)展,我們國(guó)家正以空前的速度進(jìn)入了汽車(chē)時(shí)代。社會(huì)的發(fā)展進(jìn)步,也給殘疾人融入社會(huì)施展才干創(chuàng)造了更多的機(jī)會(huì)。他們也越來(lái)越多的參與正常的社會(huì)生活,交通的問(wèn)題也越來(lái)越突出了。下肢殘疾的殘疾人很多需要以輪椅代步,普通的交通工具對(duì)于他們來(lái)說(shuō)是難以上下的。因?yàn)橄轮\(yùn)動(dòng)障礙,普通的汽車(chē)也無(wú)法駕駛。這就要求公共交通工具能夠提供輪椅登車(chē)機(jī)構(gòu),而對(duì)有條件自駕車(chē)的殘疾人可以通過(guò)加裝手操縱裝置,實(shí)現(xiàn)駕車(chē)夢(mèng)想。
這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)計(jì)者有幸抽到這種創(chuàng)新機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)題目,經(jīng)過(guò)兩個(gè)星期的畢業(yè)實(shí)習(xí),懂得了許多關(guān)于大客車(chē)的知識(shí),也在實(shí)習(xí)帶隊(duì)老師的講解之下了解了大客車(chē)的相關(guān)構(gòu)造,也在不知不覺(jué)中明白了這樣一個(gè)基本準(zhǔn)則——設(shè)計(jì)就是不斷協(xié)調(diào)矛盾的過(guò)程。概念性的創(chuàng)新也來(lái)源與生活,一切生活素材的整合才能有好的創(chuàng)新成果,概念成型后,經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)際的修正和實(shí)踐的檢驗(yàn),必將誕生獨(dú)特的發(fā)明——這也是作為一個(gè)工程技術(shù)人員努力的最高境界。本次設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)計(jì)者也從互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上看到了一些相關(guān)的圖片,在看到效果圖以后自己反復(fù)探究其構(gòu)造,努力整合良好的設(shè)計(jì)因素,拚棄不利于設(shè)計(jì)者的結(jié)構(gòu)因素來(lái)展開(kāi)整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程。
二.方案論證:
由于設(shè)計(jì)者是學(xué)習(xí)車(chē)輛工程專(zhuān)業(yè)的學(xué)生,尤其對(duì)其中的殘疾人輪椅升降系統(tǒng)感興趣,現(xiàn)利用畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)這一鍛煉四年所學(xué)知識(shí)的機(jī)會(huì)接到了——兼用殘疾人輪椅升降系統(tǒng)這一題目,利用一個(gè)多月的時(shí)間設(shè)計(jì)了一套輪椅升降機(jī),該裝置上有一放置輪椅的平臺(tái),平臺(tái)前后各有一翻板,平臺(tái)和前后翻板用來(lái)使輪椅從地面進(jìn)入平臺(tái),進(jìn)而進(jìn)入車(chē)內(nèi)。前后翻板還可防止輪椅在平臺(tái)在升降過(guò)程中從平臺(tái)前后方向滑落。該升降機(jī)由輪椅乘坐者或經(jīng)過(guò)培訓(xùn)的服務(wù)員、司機(jī)操作。該系列升降機(jī)具有電動(dòng)液壓工作動(dòng)力單元,動(dòng)力單元內(nèi)有一手動(dòng)備用泵,在升降機(jī)斷電或電控系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)故障的情況下,可以通過(guò)手動(dòng)裝置的操作實(shí)現(xiàn)升降機(jī)的各種使用功能。
設(shè)計(jì)之初的想法是,借鑒剪叉式液壓升降機(jī)的原理,設(shè)計(jì)了十字叉式升降機(jī)構(gòu),整體動(dòng)作為出——下降——提升至中位——舉升——?dú)埣踩说跑?chē)——下降至中位——機(jī)構(gòu)收回等一系列動(dòng)作,但這種設(shè)計(jì)的缺陷是,要實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)期動(dòng)作的話,在升降機(jī)運(yùn)動(dòng)到中位的時(shí)候,必然涉及死點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。所以整套機(jī)構(gòu)過(guò)死點(diǎn)的問(wèn)題也不好解決,想要繞開(kāi)死點(diǎn)如果要實(shí)現(xiàn),機(jī)構(gòu)的復(fù)雜性是不言而喻的。
第二種所尋找的法案就是江淮汽車(chē)的升降裝置可以按照總布置的要求:協(xié)調(diào)好以下矛盾:在車(chē)門(mén)尺寸方面可以合理進(jìn)行尺寸分配,且機(jī)構(gòu)可以在殘疾人蹬車(chē)以后自動(dòng)收起,不與車(chē)門(mén)沖突;設(shè)計(jì)載荷150kg,采用雙吊臂結(jié)構(gòu),可以保證選用材料經(jīng)強(qiáng)度校核后安全可靠;本機(jī)構(gòu)自身的吊臂上是彎曲的機(jī)構(gòu)其空間上與汽車(chē)垂向的夾角與車(chē)內(nèi)鉸接點(diǎn)的連線與垂向的夾角相等,在加之設(shè)計(jì)者自己完善的平行四邊形機(jī)構(gòu),保證了吊臂始終垂直(因?yàn)榈醣鄣膹澢糠质冀K方向不變,牽連的使吊臂垂直)。在對(duì)角線采用液壓動(dòng)力單元作為舉升機(jī)構(gòu),所以整套機(jī)構(gòu)和諧,輕便,安全并且在技術(shù)上可行。
但是機(jī)構(gòu)的缺點(diǎn)在于,機(jī)構(gòu)安裝在車(chē)身內(nèi)部,勢(shì)必要占據(jù)車(chē)內(nèi)空間,牽扯到最大的一個(gè)問(wèn)題就是,殘疾人輪椅在上升到車(chē)門(mén)位置的時(shí)候,如何進(jìn)入總布置布置的區(qū)域,而與升降機(jī)構(gòu)不發(fā)生碰撞和摩擦,由于關(guān)系到乘員的安全問(wèn)題,所以排除了此套方案。

摘 要
隨著人口老齡化問(wèn)題的日益嚴(yán)重,老年人和殘疾人的出行,在任何國(guó)家都會(huì)是一個(gè)問(wèn)題。對(duì)這個(gè)問(wèn)題解決的程度如何,反映著一個(gè)社會(huì)從科技水平到人文關(guān)懷等各方面的發(fā)達(dá)程度。但一直以來(lái),現(xiàn)代許多工業(yè)化國(guó)家的交通運(yùn)輸部門(mén)對(duì)這種現(xiàn)狀的重視程度還是不夠——即在交通工具上沒(méi)有安裝方便有行動(dòng)障礙人士上下車(chē)的設(shè)施,這種現(xiàn)狀存在著許多不和諧因素,更使群體分化加劇,社會(huì)人文關(guān)懷程度的下降。而在公交車(chē)上布置專(zhuān)用的殘疾人蹬車(chē)門(mén),并在此基礎(chǔ)上裝配殘疾人輪椅升降系統(tǒng)具有方便行動(dòng)不便人士上車(chē)的顯著優(yōu)點(diǎn)。例如:安全性好、機(jī)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、占地小、機(jī)械效率高、保密性好(指動(dòng)力單元中液壓元件)、壽命長(zhǎng)、成本較低等。這些優(yōu)點(diǎn)能夠極大地反映著一個(gè)社會(huì)從科技水平到人文關(guān)懷等各方面的發(fā)達(dá)程度。
實(shí)現(xiàn)行動(dòng)不便人士蹬車(chē)無(wú)障礙化,并實(shí)現(xiàn)通過(guò)司乘人員,以及經(jīng)過(guò)專(zhuān)門(mén)培訓(xùn)的人員對(duì)此套機(jī)構(gòu)的簡(jiǎn)單輔助操作。首先應(yīng)該從機(jī)構(gòu)的可行性方案上進(jìn)行深入討論,通過(guò)對(duì)動(dòng)力單元研究著手,然后經(jīng)過(guò)反復(fù)細(xì)致的可行性,安全性分析以及對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)動(dòng)校核,功能分析,而得到并形成系統(tǒng)的整體的結(jié)構(gòu),并且針對(duì)本系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn),來(lái)選擇最適合的系統(tǒng)方案。
因此,本文首先就方案的選擇進(jìn)行了研究。于設(shè)計(jì)者掌握的專(zhuān)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上的相關(guān)資料以及國(guó)內(nèi)外已有的設(shè)計(jì)種類(lèi)的現(xiàn)狀,經(jīng)過(guò)詳細(xì)的方案調(diào)查,為本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)計(jì)出了一套實(shí)用的兼用殘疾人輪椅升降系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)使用液壓回路中的鎖緊機(jī)構(gòu)作為動(dòng)力單元,采用十字叉式舉升機(jī)構(gòu)。
論文方案選擇的論證開(kāi)始,詳細(xì)介紹了方案分析、設(shè)計(jì)流程和計(jì)算流程,并進(jìn)行了必要的動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、傳力機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)校核等。主要用于實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)市內(nèi)交通工具為滿(mǎn)足行動(dòng)不便的人士的升降平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)其能順利上下車(chē),進(jìn)一步體現(xiàn)人文關(guān)懷。

ABSTRACT
We all know, it’s a problem for the senior citizen and the disable to go outdoor in any state How the problem is solved shows society’s degree of progress from technology level to human concern. But for a long time, many modern industrialized country show little concern on the current transportation problem, they neglect to equip machinery for the disable to login in or out the bus. There exists some unharmonious problems in the phenomenon, it may cause the apartment for the public concentration and the reduction on the human concern. Equipping special door for the disable in the general distribution for the bus, and equipping elevating system for the disable on the basic of the door have advantages. For these advantages,safety,easy-operating,volum saving, high efficient, good package(hydraulic power unit),long using time and low cost is the prior concern for the manufacture and the public. These advantages greatly show the degree of progress from social technology to the human concern.
To realize the no-disturb for the disable to login and the special trained servant to operate this set of machinery,we should first talk deeply about the feasibility of this machinery. Through the analysis on the power unit, the analysis on the feasibility ,safety, movement evaluating and the analysis of using afterwards, we establish the general structure, and we can also choose the suitable structure according to the system.
Therefore, we first study the choose on the structure. Based on the knowledge, some file on the internet and the current state of the relevant machineries home and aboard, we have performed up-to-date study and design a set of elevating system for the disable to login on bus. This system uses hydraulic locking-current as the power unit and uses sole machinery for elevating.
The paper begins with the argument on the general structure, and neatly introduce the structure analysis, design and calculating steps, and also performed some general structure design, power conducting machinery design and evaluating etc.It’s widely used in the public transportation for any disable people, ensuring them to login on and out the bus convinently,and fatherly shows our progress on human concern.

新款寶馬“M5”配備了V型10缸新型發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),V10引擎排量為5.0L,最大輸出功率為378kW(507bhp),最大扭矩為520N·m。V10引擎采用自然吸氣,從8250rpm起進(jìn)入紅區(qū)限制(發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速界限)。與上一代M5配備的V型8缸引擎相比,V10輸出功率增加了25%,確保了1L排量超過(guò)100bhp的輸出功率,這使M5具有了賽車(chē)般的超凡性能,

2、后懸彎曲車(chē)軸 & WATTS連桿

應(yīng)用車(chē)型:A-Class
梅賽德斯·奔馳公司最近宣布全面改進(jìn)了“A-Class”小型車(chē),并將于2004年秋季開(kāi)始上市。新款“A-Class”車(chē)身尺寸為長(zhǎng)3838mm,寬1764mm,高1593mm,軸距為2568mm。與現(xiàn)有款式的不同之處是車(chē)長(zhǎng)、車(chē)寬及軸距分別增加了232mm、45mm和145mm。這是因?yàn)樵谒能?chē)身后部采用了新開(kāi)發(fā)的彎曲后車(chē)軸以及可根據(jù)不同情況改變衰減力的減震器。這使新款“A-Class”在普通行駛時(shí)具有了良好的減震效果,而在高速轉(zhuǎn)彎時(shí)又提高了車(chē)輛的穩(wěn)定性。
應(yīng)該說(shuō),新款A(yù)-Class的后部懸掛采用了前所未有的形式——就是使用了一種能夠直接連接左右輪轂的剛性車(chē)軸,然后讓重量由位于輪轂旁邊的彈簧和減震器來(lái)共同承擔(dān)。這種車(chē)軸向前大幅彎曲,車(chē)軸中央設(shè)計(jì)有承擔(dān)車(chē)身重量的支撐點(diǎn)。 懸掛后部左右兩側(cè)橫向各設(shè)計(jì)有一根臂桿,位置比車(chē)軸稍高。從平面上來(lái)看,兩根臂桿連接于車(chē)身的安裝部位采用的是WATTS式。因此,只向車(chē)身傳遞未經(jīng)任何變化的左右力(橫力),而幾乎不傳遞前后力。也就是說(shuō),橫向剛性高而前后向剛性低,屬于最理想的懸掛特性。實(shí)際上,后懸掛采用剛性+WATTS連桿的設(shè)計(jì)在馬自達(dá)第一代“RX-7”等車(chē)型上也曾有過(guò)先例,但都沒(méi)有“A-Class”表現(xiàn)得如此清晰,況且“A-Class”還避免了“懸掛臂桿一側(cè)的輪轂以前后方向?yàn)檩S轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)”這一問(wèn)題。后懸彎曲車(chē)軸在“Monaka構(gòu)造”中還配合使用了兩枚鋼板,WATTS連桿左右臂桿采用的是高拉成型(High Draw Form)品,而WATTS連桿中央的連桿則為鑄造品。
3、鋼鋁組合結(jié)構(gòu)車(chē)身

新5系是世界上首款采用創(chuàng)新的鋼鋁組合結(jié)構(gòu)的汽車(chē)。車(chē)輛前部采用鋁材,前側(cè)面板和前蓋也使用鋁材制造,A柱周?chē)能?chē)身其它部分由鋼材制成。還有,前側(cè)面板和前蓋也是使用鋁材制造。這一新技術(shù)的采用,使得整車(chē)重量(視車(chē)型不同)比其各自的前代車(chē)型最多減輕了75千克。
由于采用了包括全新設(shè)計(jì)的鋁制/鋼制車(chē)身結(jié)構(gòu)、完善的整體創(chuàng)新科技理念,寶馬新5系帶給用戶(hù)精彩無(wú)比的動(dòng)態(tài)駕駛體驗(yàn)。概括說(shuō)來(lái),新5系轎車(chē)在降低整車(chē)重量的同時(shí),提高了使用空間和舒適性,增強(qiáng)了燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性并提供了更強(qiáng)勁的動(dòng)力性能,同時(shí),車(chē)橋負(fù)載分布也更為合理,達(dá)到完美的50:50。
寶馬新5系的底盤(pán)在很大程度上延續(xù)了BMW 7系列的全鋁底盤(pán),后橋也體現(xiàn)了來(lái)自BMW7系列整體式設(shè)計(jì)原理的新特征,使5系的車(chē)橋構(gòu)造完全能夠滿(mǎn)足來(lái)自懸架的所有基本要求,如極好的線路控制和行駛樂(lè)趣等。
4、“GloCar”變色汽車(chē)

應(yīng)用車(chē)型:Ford 野馬
福特汽車(chē)公司于今年4月24日發(fā)表了可以利用LED隨意改變車(chē)身顏色的概念車(chē)“GloCar”
該車(chē)車(chē)身覆蓋了一層射出成形的半透明塑料面板,可利用其內(nèi)部的LED改變車(chē)身外部顏色。其優(yōu)點(diǎn)大體上有兩點(diǎn),首先是夜間行駛的安全性。由于發(fā)光的車(chē)身很容易被其它車(chē)輛看清楚,因此不僅能夠減少在十字路口等處的交通事故,而且車(chē)身外板還可用作剎車(chē)和轉(zhuǎn)向等指示燈。另外,還可以用于告訴后方司機(jī)注意保持車(chē)距。另一個(gè)優(yōu)點(diǎn)是其設(shè)計(jì),車(chē)身可以變?yōu)楹谏酝獾娜魏晤伾?
此外,還有望簡(jiǎn)化生產(chǎn)過(guò)程。由于不需噴漆,因此不僅能夠簡(jiǎn)化生產(chǎn)過(guò)程,還能夠減少大氣污染。同時(shí)因?yàn)檐?chē)外板只有一種顏色,還會(huì)給流通和銷(xiāo)售帶來(lái)方便。
5、沃爾沃的汽車(chē)安全新措施

應(yīng)用車(chē)型:沃爾沃SCC安全概念車(chē)
據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),全球每年有50萬(wàn)人死于交通事故,而受傷的人數(shù)更是高達(dá)1500萬(wàn),這恰恰等于北京目前的固定人口總數(shù)!因此一輛優(yōu)秀的汽車(chē)首先要追求的是過(guò)硬的安全性能,其次才是其它功能。雖然世界上沒(méi)有那個(gè)官方組織將“世界上最安全汽車(chē)”的稱(chēng)號(hào)授予給沃爾沃,但沃爾沃的確是汽車(chē)安全的無(wú)冕之王,即使如此沃爾沃依舊在不斷推出新的安全措施,使汽車(chē)成為人類(lèi)最安全的交通工具。
