九噸級(jí)驅(qū)動(dòng)橋主減速器設(shè)計(jì)
摘要:主減速器、差速器、半軸和橋殼是驅(qū)動(dòng)橋內(nèi)部組成最重要的四個(gè)部分,我們都知道,驅(qū)動(dòng)橋其最重要也是其最基礎(chǔ)的功能,是為了能夠增大從傳動(dòng)軸或變速器兩方面所傳來的轉(zhuǎn)矩,然后再把轉(zhuǎn)矩分配給所需的驅(qū)動(dòng)車輪使用,讓驅(qū)動(dòng)車輪具有我們想要的那種差速功能;此外,其還要具有能經(jīng)受各種力或者力矩的能力。
作為汽車最重要的組成部分,驅(qū)動(dòng)橋的好與不好將會(huì)直接影響我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)汽車的整體性能,而對(duì)于大型載貨汽車來說,其就會(huì)顯得更加重要。為了能達(dá)到汽車在重載的高效率和高效益,我們要為汽車安裝一個(gè)具有高效率的驅(qū)動(dòng)橋。而我們還應(yīng)考慮其地的一些問題,比如其最小離地間隙,所以我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)時(shí)的齒輪要小些。判斷各種原因后,本次設(shè)計(jì)我決定選用一款雙級(jí)主減速器,參照我們傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法來進(jìn)行。本設(shè)計(jì)我的首要目標(biāo),就是確定的設(shè)計(jì)部件的結(jié)構(gòu)和參數(shù);我又參考了其他主減速器結(jié)構(gòu),給出了本次總體設(shè)計(jì)方案;最后,我還為主、從動(dòng)錐齒輪也進(jìn)行了使用壽命的校核工作。本次設(shè)計(jì)決定選用圓弧錐齒輪來作為汽車的主減速器。

Design of the main reducer of nine ton drive axle
Abstract: Drive from the main bridge general reducer, differential, axle and axle housing is composed of four parts, its basic function is to increase the drive shaft or by direct torque transmission to the torque distribution to the left and right wheels, and the left and right wheels can have driving the differential kinematics in addition, function; also can take effect on the road and the frame or a carriage between the vertical force, longitudinal force and lateral force.
As one of the four major automobile drive axle assembly, its performance will have a direct impact on vehicle performance, and it is particularly important for the truck. When a large high-power engine torque output to meet the current truck fast, heavy load high efficiency, need high efficiency, must be an efficient and reliable collocation drive bridge. Considering there must be sufficient ground clearance, the size of the internal gear drive axle can not be too large, so a two-stage main reducer. According to the traditional design method of main drive axle reducer of 9 ton truck drive axle main reducer design. Firstly, determine the main structure type the main components and To design parameters; and then refer to the similar driving axle main reducer structure, determine the overall design plan; at the end of the main, driven bevel gear check the life-span. This paper does not use the traditional hypoid gear as truck main reducer, instead of using the arc bevel gear.
