4、提及馬拉松,即指全程馬拉松。Origin:馬拉松原為希臘的一個(gè)地名。在雅典東北30公里。其名源出腓尼基語(yǔ)marathus,意即“多茴香的”,因古代此地生長(zhǎng)眾多茴香樹(shù)而得名。體育運(yùn)動(dòng)中的馬拉松賽跑就得名于此。希臘波斯戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)(公元前492-前449年)中,公元前490年,波斯王大流士一世渡海西侵,進(jìn)擊阿蒂卡,在距雅典城東北的馬拉松海灣登陸。雅典軍奮勇應(yīng)戰(zhàn),在馬拉松平原打敗波斯軍隊(duì)。史稱馬拉松之戰(zhàn)。為了把勝利消息迅速告訴雅典人,希臘派長(zhǎng)跑優(yōu)勝者斐迪庇第斯(Pheidippides)從馬拉松跑至雅典中央廣場(chǎng)(全程42.195公里),只說(shuō)了一句話:“我們勝利了!”。便體力衰竭倒地而亡。而其奇跡光榮的功績(jī)而
