Module 6 Unit 2 There is a small monster 1教學目標 知識目標(Aims of Knowledge): 全體學生能聽懂,會說,會運用:There is a nose on your face. There are two big eyes on your face. 能力目標(Aims of Ability): 能用 there be句型描述存在和數(shù)量。 情感目標及文化意識(Aims of Emotion & Cultural Awareness): 能體會到學習英語的樂趣;能初步注意到中外文化異同。 2學情分析 我所教授的學生來自三年級,目前為止他們已有一定的英語基礎,能用英語做游戲,唱歌,講故事,能進行簡單的交流,對于英語的學習他們變得越來越有興趣。 3重點難點 there is 和 there are 的發(fā)音,含義及用法。 4教學過程 活動1【導入】熱身 1. Show songs about bodies. Head, Shoulders... Sing the song together and do the actions follow two children. 對于shoulders學生總是習慣忽略復數(shù)形式,應關注。 2. (1) Play the cartoon. Watch the cartoon together. (2)Ask one question: What’s the girl doing? Answer the question: She’s making a snowman. (3)Say and do one sentence by sentence. (4)Say and do in pairs. (5)Say and do together. 歌曲中there is 與there are 沒有連讀,如有學生質(zhì)疑則回答:因為節(jié)拍。如沒有質(zhì)疑則在第二部分處理。 活動2【講授】任務呈現(xiàn) Show a snowman. Today, let’s make a snowman with there be. (1)Open exercise books. Fill in the blanks. (2)Read in groups and check. (3)Come to the front, read and move. 可能會有部分學生is和are的區(qū)分會有問題,所以小組核對后,前面匯報的學生讀后,其他人跟著齊讀,夯實句子。 活動3【講授】任務準備 1. Show the cartoon. Ss watch the cartoon together. And answer: What are they doing? 2. Play the CD and ask: How many small monsters are there? (1) Listen and repeat. (2) Answer the question. 3. Play the CD. (1) Listen and repeat again. (2) Read and try to ask some questions in groups. E.G: How many hands? There are twenty-four hands. (3)Show time. 學生提問環(huán)節(jié)可能會針對big monster 或 small monster 提出問題。如How many hands has small monster got? 但問題對學生來說較難。 學生一問一答時呈現(xiàn)大圖,如果有數(shù)量上的歧義可運用白板放大鏡。 4. Group Work. (1)Discuss in groups, the usage of there is and are. Team leader records. (2) Share the knowledge points. (3) Write down the knowledge points. <寫在積累本> 教師巡視時觀察學生是否能說出:1. 用法;2. 含義;3. 連讀。連讀可能稍難,在Activity 2 進行處理。 5. Play the CD. (1) Read in roles in groups. (2)Show in groups. 活動4【活動】任務完成 1. Let Ss do exercise on page 45 <1>. (1) Do it on their own. (2) Say out the answers and read the sentences. (3) Describe the picture with there is and there are in groups. (4) Come to the front. Say and circle. 2. Draw a monster. (1)Teacher draws a monster. Ss describe it. E.g: There is a head. There are three eyes. (2)Draw and say in groups. (3)Come to the front to describe. 活動5【作業(yè)】家庭作業(yè) Describe what are in your schoolbag.- 配套講稿:
