課 后 反 思
我感到非常的幸運(yùn),作為一名年輕的教師,能有機(jī)會(huì)在縣公開(kāi)課中展現(xiàn)自己。
教學(xué)是永無(wú)止境的,我希望自己能夠在每一次的教學(xué)實(shí)踐里都能得到些許進(jìn)步。這次的公開(kāi)課我學(xué)到了很多的東西?,F(xiàn)反思如下:
優(yōu)點(diǎn):
1. 教學(xué)目的較明確,通過(guò)本堂課的學(xué)習(xí),
11、基本上達(dá)到了預(yù)設(shè)的教學(xué)目標(biāo).
2. 上課時(shí)面帶微笑,較有親和力。學(xué)生沒(méi)有陌生感,樂(lè)于參與到課堂活動(dòng)中來(lái)。
3. 導(dǎo)入自然,學(xué)生很快進(jìn)入角色。由于借班上課,因此我以他們的英語(yǔ)老師作為導(dǎo)入點(diǎn),引出生詞。學(xué)生很熟悉,易于引出生詞,并且使學(xué)生容易記住,邊學(xué)邊用。
4. 能很好的對(duì)學(xué)生的回答作出評(píng)價(jià),尊重學(xué)生。
缺點(diǎn):
1. 上課的時(shí)候與學(xué)生的眼神交流還不夠到位,有個(gè)別手勢(shì)不夠美觀。
2. 由于初次上這么大型的課,又是借班上課,深怕自己上不好,因此表現(xiàn)的不夠自信。
3. 由于沒(méi)有充分備學(xué)生,個(gè)別指令語(yǔ)較難,學(xué)生一下子聽(tīng)不懂,陷于冷場(chǎng)。
4. 在閱讀前聽(tīng)的這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)中,我本意是讓學(xué)生看屏幕,然后進(jìn)行聽(tīng)的操練。結(jié)果由于自己一時(shí)疏忽,沒(méi)有提醒學(xué)生,致使有些學(xué)生在聽(tīng)的過(guò)程中,低頭看書(shū)。
自我反思有助于改造和提升教師的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn),經(jīng)驗(yàn)+反思=成長(zhǎng)。我希望自己不斷地在教學(xué)實(shí)踐中積累經(jīng)驗(yàn),在教學(xué)反思中健康成長(zhǎng)。
