1.畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容、重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)等
1、 主要內(nèi)容:
(1)課題要求在了解托架結(jié)構(gòu),生產(chǎn)要求的基礎(chǔ)上,查閱并消化有關(guān)資料,設(shè)計(jì)出經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用的冷沖壓模具。
(2)該工件具有落料、彎曲、沖孔等工序,有良好的沖壓性能,工藝結(jié)構(gòu)簡單。要求對零件中批生產(chǎn)條件下,分析其沖壓工藝性,給出合理的工藝制造流程。
(3)沖裁工藝方案的確定,應(yīng)滿足沖裁變形規(guī)律,在深入分析工件結(jié)構(gòu)和工藝的基礎(chǔ)上,在保證零件的質(zhì)量、經(jīng)濟(jì)性及操作安全等方面的要求下,給出不同的方案并比較擇優(yōu)。
(4)確定沖裁工藝方案, 亦即確定沖壓該產(chǎn)品零件所需工序、 數(shù)量和順序, 擬定幾種可能的沖裁工藝路線,經(jīng)分析比較,確定出最佳方案。
(5)選擇正確的加工材料;設(shè)計(jì)出條料排樣圖;給出沖壓模具的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案,并設(shè)計(jì)出整套模具。
(6)繪制模具總裝圖,模具各主要零件圖。
(7)編制模具主要零件加工工藝卡片。
2、重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)
本次畢設(shè)的重點(diǎn)是對整套托架沖壓模具結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),沖裁工藝方案的確定,給出合理的工藝制造流程,繪制模具總裝配圖及各主要零件圖,給出沖壓模具的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案。難點(diǎn)是整套模具結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),各個(gè)模具部件的選擇,還有整個(gè)模具總裝配圖的繪制。
2.準(zhǔn)備情況(查閱過的文獻(xiàn)資料及調(diào)研情況、現(xiàn)有設(shè)備、實(shí)驗(yàn)條件等)
1.調(diào)研情況
模具是工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的重要工藝裝備,模具工業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)部門發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ)之一。我國雖然在很早以前就制造模具和使用模具,但一直未形成產(chǎn)業(yè)。由于長期以來模具制造一直作為保證企業(yè)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的手段被視為生產(chǎn)后方。因此一直發(fā)展緩慢。1984年成立了中國模具工業(yè)協(xié)會,1987年模具首次被列入機(jī)電產(chǎn)品目錄,當(dāng)時(shí)全國共有生產(chǎn)模具的廠點(diǎn)約6?000家。總產(chǎn)值約30億元。隨著中國改革開放的日益深入,市場經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)程的加快,模具及其標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件、配套件作為產(chǎn)品,制造生產(chǎn)的企業(yè)大量出現(xiàn),模具產(chǎn)業(yè)得到快速發(fā)展。在市場競爭中,企業(yè)的模具生產(chǎn)技術(shù)提高很快,規(guī)模不斷發(fā)展,提高很快。20世紀(jì)90年代以來,中國在汽車行業(yè)的模具設(shè)計(jì)制造中開始采用CAD/CAM技術(shù)。國家科委863計(jì)劃將東風(fēng)汽車公司作為CIMS應(yīng)用示范點(diǎn),由華中理工大學(xué)作為技術(shù)依托單位,開發(fā)了汽車車身與覆蓋件模具CAD/CAM軟件系統(tǒng),在模具和設(shè)計(jì)制造中得到了實(shí)際應(yīng)用,取得顯著效益?,F(xiàn)在,吉林大學(xué)和湖南大學(xué)也成功地開發(fā)出了汽車覆蓋件模具的CAD/CAE系統(tǒng),并達(dá)到了較高水平,在生產(chǎn)中得到應(yīng)用,收到了良好的效果。
從上述資料中我們不難得出計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)在我國模具設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)過程中已經(jīng)起到了很大的作用而且已經(jīng)有了一定的發(fā)展。但是,我們?nèi)匀徊荒芎鲆?,即使沖壓模具的CAD/CAE/CAM技術(shù)有一定的發(fā)展,但是我們的技術(shù)開發(fā)手段與發(fā)達(dá)的工業(yè)國家比較起來仍然是比較落后、且技術(shù)的普及率并不高,應(yīng)用仍然不夠廣泛。僅有約10%的模具在設(shè)計(jì)中使用了CAD技術(shù),距“拋開繪畫板”仍有很漫長的一段路要走;在應(yīng)用CAE進(jìn)行模具方案設(shè)計(jì)和分析計(jì)算方面,也才剛剛起步,在應(yīng)用CAM技術(shù)制造模具方面,由于缺乏先進(jìn)使用的制造設(shè)備和工藝設(shè)備,只有5%左右的模具制造設(shè)備被應(yīng)用于這項(xiàng)工作,顯然,中國的模具設(shè)計(jì)仍然有很長的一段路要走。

1.實(shí)施方案:
1.1分析零件的沖壓工藝性
(1)分析產(chǎn)品零件圖;
(2)根據(jù)工件的形狀、尺寸精度、表面質(zhì)量要求進(jìn)行工藝分析;
(3)了解工件的生產(chǎn)批量(決定模具的形式、結(jié)構(gòu)、材料等);
(4)了解工件原料的規(guī)格與毛坯情況;
(5)分析沖壓車間的設(shè)備資料或情況;
(6)分析車間制造模具的技術(shù)能力和設(shè)備條件以及可采用的模具標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件情況。
1.2確定具體的工藝方案及模具的結(jié)構(gòu)形式
(1)根據(jù)圖紙要求確定需要沖孔、拉深、落料等基本工序;
(2)根據(jù)工藝計(jì)算,確定工序數(shù)目;
(3)根據(jù)工序的變形特點(diǎn)和尺寸要求確定工序排練順序;
(4)根據(jù)生產(chǎn)批量和條件,確定工序組合。
1.3進(jìn)行必要的工藝計(jì)算
(1)設(shè)計(jì)材料的排樣,計(jì)算毛坯尺寸;
(2)計(jì)算沖壓力,必要時(shí)還要計(jì)算沖壓工和功率;
(3)計(jì)算模具壓力中心;
(4)計(jì)算或估算模具各主要零件的厚度;
(5)確定凸、凹模間隙,計(jì)算凸凹模工作部分尺寸;
(6)對拉深工序,需要決定拉深方式(壓邊或不壓邊),計(jì)算拉深次數(shù)及中間工序的半成品尺寸。
1.4選擇壓力機(jī)

(1)工作部分零件,如凸模、凹模等的結(jié)構(gòu)形式的設(shè)計(jì)和固定形式的選擇;

第一周:了解課題,了解托架結(jié)構(gòu),收集資料和參考文獻(xiàn);

第四周:初步確定設(shè)計(jì)方案;
第五到底七周:設(shè)計(jì)初稿階段,完成設(shè)計(jì)圖草圖、部件及零件圖草圖;
第八周:校核各參數(shù),檢測方案;
