摘 要
塑料工業(yè)是當(dāng)今世界上增長最快的工業(yè)門類之一,而注塑模具是其中發(fā)展較快的種類,因此,研究注塑模具對了解塑料產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)過程和提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量有很大意義。
塑料制品的成型方法很多,其主要用于是注射,擠出,壓制,壓鑄和氣壓成型等。而注射模,擠出約占成型總數(shù)的60%以上。注射成型分為加料,熔融塑料,注射制件冷卻和制件脫膜等五個步驟。當(dāng)然如利用電氣控制,可實(shí)現(xiàn)半自動化或自動化作業(yè)。
本設(shè)計介紹了注射成型的基本原理,特別是單分型面注射模具的結(jié)構(gòu)與工作原理。對注射產(chǎn)品提出了基本的設(shè)計原則,詳細(xì)介紹了冷流道注射模具澆注系統(tǒng)、溫度調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)和頂出系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計過程,并對模具強(qiáng)度要求做了說明。
通過本設(shè)計,可以對注塑模具有一個初步的認(rèn)識,注意到設(shè)計中的某些細(xì)節(jié)問題,了解模具結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理。

Abstract
Abstract Now The plastics industry is one of growing quickest industry classed in the world, but the injection mold is develops the quick type. Therefore,There have biggest significance to research injection, mold to understood that the plastic of production process and improve the product quality.
The plastics products of the type method is a lot of . Among them most of inject, die-casting to compatibly press type etc. But inject the mold ,extrude roughly share type total amount of 60% above inject the type is divided in to add the material, meltdown plastics, and inject to make piece to cool off with make the piece to take off the mold to wait five steps. Certainly if make use off the electricity control.Can realize half auto or automatic homework.
This design introduced the basic principle of injection molding, specially single is divided the profile to inject mold is structure and the principle of work.That proposes the basic design principle of products; Introduced details of the system that are cold flow channel injection of mold gating, the temperature control system and the design process of going against system, and has given the explanation to the mold intensity request.
Through this design, may to cast the mold to have a preliminary understanding, notes some certain detail question design, understands the mold structure and the principle of working.
