摘 要
作為主要的載重部件,履帶式行走機(jī)構(gòu)用來承受總重和機(jī)件在運行期間所受的力, 能讓機(jī)件完成前后移動。所以重型的器械的底座一般設(shè)計成驅(qū)動型履帶結(jié)構(gòu),并相對整機(jī)底座中心對稱。本論文主要論述行走機(jī)構(gòu)的動力分析,并通過分析完成整體的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計。以完成機(jī)構(gòu)結(jié)構(gòu)之間相互安全、可靠、行動靈活的要求。
相較國內(nèi)外履帶式斗輪取料機(jī)的現(xiàn)狀,優(yōu)先了解目前主流的設(shè)計,在這個前提下通過類比各類履帶行走機(jī)構(gòu)的長處短處,確定設(shè)計流程。并確定行走機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)組成,以及相關(guān)功能。期中導(dǎo)向輪、履帶架等主要結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計和零件選取,最終確定包括驅(qū)動組件、履帶和運動機(jī)構(gòu)在內(nèi)的完整的成型機(jī)方案。
本論文主要通過解析行走機(jī)構(gòu)的運動分析、受力原理、影響總體機(jī)構(gòu)行走的因素,從而達(dá)到安全、合理、靈活行動的目的。

Abstract
Construction Machinery is a national economic construction and national defense construction in the importance of the use of technical equipment, construction in the national economy, especially in urban construction, civil construction, water conservancy, road building, airport construction, mining, pier construction, agricultural improvement, mechanical engineering is playing an increasingly important role. In this paper, detailed walking track devices based on the overall design, but also on the driving wheel, drag chain, guide wheel, supporting wheels structure design, for some of the key parts of the design verification calculation. For each round of processing technology has a rough description. This article also details the system design, including speed shaft, gear selection and verification.
