摘要
本次設(shè)計(jì)了一套沖壓模具。首先要對(duì)沖壓模具進(jìn)行工藝分析，經(jīng)過(guò)工藝分析和對(duì)比確定模具架及壓力機(jī)，確定壓力機(jī)的型號(hào)。再分析對(duì)沖壓件加工的模具適用類型選擇所需設(shè)計(jì)的模具。得出將設(shè)計(jì)的模具類型后將模具的各工作零部件設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程表達(dá)出來(lái)。
在說(shuō)明書(shū)中第一部分，主要敘述了沖壓模具的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，說(shuō)明了沖壓模具的重要性與本次設(shè)計(jì)的意義，對(duì)沖壓件的工藝分析，工藝方案的確定。通過(guò)，對(duì)零件排樣圖的設(shè)計(jì)，完成了材料利用率的計(jì)算。再進(jìn)行沖裁工藝力的計(jì)算和沖裁模工作部分的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。最后對(duì)主要零部件的設(shè)計(jì)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件的選擇，為本次設(shè)計(jì)模具的繪制和模具的成形提供依據(jù)，以及為裝配圖各尺寸提供依據(jù)。通過(guò)前面的設(shè)計(jì)方案畫(huà)出模具各零件圖和裝配圖。
