本模具設(shè)計(jì)題目為落料,沖孔復(fù)合模,此零件需二道工序完成.體現(xiàn)了復(fù)雜零件的設(shè)計(jì)要求,內(nèi)容及方向.具有一定的設(shè)計(jì)意義,通過(guò)對(duì)該零件模具的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了設(shè)計(jì)者沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),為設(shè)計(jì)更復(fù)雜的沖壓模做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深該的經(jīng)驗(yàn).
本設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)與制造工藝基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),首先分析了零件的外形,尺寸,精度要求,進(jìn)行了工藝分析,考慮到此零件為零件,因此采用復(fù)合模工藝方案.然后根據(jù)零件的外形尺寸計(jì)算毛坯總體尺寸,設(shè)計(jì)壓力中心最后計(jì)算出工作部分尺寸,模具總體尺寸,總體尺寸包括工作零部件的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),卸料裝置的設(shè)計(jì)以及固定零件的設(shè)計(jì)與運(yùn)用.
