摘 要
本文主要介紹了散熱蓋的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn), 詳細(xì)闡述了散熱蓋凸模、凹模、斜滑塊結(jié)構(gòu)及它們的技術(shù)難點(diǎn)。在此次設(shè)計(jì)中,主要用到所學(xué)的注射模設(shè)計(jì)、機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)、工程材料及熱處理和SolidWorks及注塑模設(shè)計(jì)插件Imold等方面的知識(shí)。著重說(shuō)明了設(shè)計(jì)一副注射模的一般流程,即注射成型的分析、注射機(jī)的選擇及相關(guān)參數(shù)的校核、模具的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、注射模具設(shè)計(jì)的有關(guān)計(jì)算、模具總體尺寸的確定與結(jié)構(gòu)草圖的繪制、模具結(jié)構(gòu)總裝圖和零件工作圖的繪制、全面審核投產(chǎn)制造等。
塑件結(jié)構(gòu)比較簡(jiǎn)單,設(shè)計(jì)中使用模具工具對(duì)塑料產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行修補(bǔ),然后對(duì)其進(jìn)行分型設(shè)計(jì)。零件下部的倒鉤結(jié)構(gòu)是一種典型的模具設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu),在設(shè)計(jì)的過(guò)程中也進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的描述。型芯的多凸起結(jié)構(gòu)不便于機(jī)械加工,這里采用電極設(shè)計(jì),采用放電加工的方法來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)加工。

Abstract:
In the paper introduces the structure characteristics, heat cover expounds heat punch, covering dies.the technoloy block structure and them, the technical difficulties. In this design, the main use of injection mould design, mechanical design, engineering, materials and heat treatment and SolidWorks injection molding design and the knowledge of the respect such as imold plug-ins. Focus on the design of injection mould, vice general process, namely the analysis of injection molding injection machines, the choice and the related parameters of checking, die structure design, the design of injection mould related calculation, the overall size of the mould structure and determine the sketch rendering, die structure and assembly parts working drawing, comprehensive review production manufacturing, etc.
Parts structure is simple in design, mould tool used to plastic products, and then to type design. Parts of the overhead structure is a typical kind of product structure, mould design in design process are described in detail. The core structure is more easy machining raised by electrode, here, the design discharge machining methods to realize processing.
