棉桿滾壓粉碎試驗(yàn)裝置設(shè)計(jì)
摘要
棉稈資源作為一種重要的生物資源，在我國(guó)產(chǎn)量巨大，但至今卻一直沒(méi)有得到充分利用，鑒于當(dāng)前棉稈分散、收儲(chǔ)季節(jié)性強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn)，因此設(shè)計(jì)出的一種對(duì)棉稈進(jìn)行切碎、粉碎處理的機(jī)械可以很好地解決此問(wèn)題。我國(guó)農(nóng)村具有豐富的棉桿資源,棉桿切割的加工機(jī)械也因此得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。本文通過(guò)比較國(guó)內(nèi)外棉桿粉碎機(jī)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，針對(duì)目前棉桿滾壓粉碎機(jī)的主要缺陷，詳細(xì)介紹了棉桿滾壓粉碎機(jī)的原理，其中，切碎裝置為整機(jī)的關(guān)鍵部件。對(duì)棉稈滾壓粉碎裝置的中切碎裝置的類(lèi)型和結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行研究，設(shè)計(jì)了適合棉稈切碎的平板滾筒式切碎器，并設(shè)計(jì)了滾刀的具體尺寸。根據(jù)生產(chǎn)能力要求，對(duì)切碎器的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。除此之外，滾壓裝置也是其中的重要部件，本設(shè)計(jì)分別采用一對(duì)對(duì)輥式輥?zhàn)幼鳛槲谷胙b置和滾壓裝置。文中還對(duì)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算，主要包括鏈條傳動(dòng)和齒輪傳動(dòng)，并對(duì)整個(gè)過(guò)程進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。

The design of the grinding test device for cotton bar rolling
Abstract
Cotton stalk ,an important biotic resourse,the output,is very huge in China.However,it has been made best use up to now.Due to dispersion of cotton—stalk，togather with hanrersting and storaing seaons limited,So designing a kind of cotton stalk chopping, shredding machinery solve the problem very well.There are rich resourse of cotton stalk in?rural?china., cotton stalk cutting processing machinery has been widely used. This paper, according to making a comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the cotton stalk hammer mill and its main defects in and out of our country, introduces the fracture mechanisms of the size reduction detailedly. In this mechine, Chopper is the key working part of the cutter.According to the cutting type and structure of cotton stalk rolling crushing device, the roller of plately chopping ,suitable for chopping cotton stalk and the size of the hob ,is designed. It shows a final size reduction way by comparing different ones, designs the structure of the mill according to production capacity reuirements.In addition, a rolling device is one of the important parts.There are a pair of roller roller as a feeding device and a rolling device，respectively. And the article also designs and calculates the transmission. At last, it sums up the whole process.
