摘要
汽車(chē)的制動(dòng)性能對(duì)車(chē)輛的安全行駛有著十分重要的作用,它不僅影響了車(chē)輛在遇到緊急情況能否及時(shí)停車(chē),也影響著車(chē)輛的動(dòng)力性能的發(fā)揮。因此,汽車(chē)制動(dòng)力檢測(cè)有著十分重要的意義。它可以提前發(fā)現(xiàn)車(chē)輛的制動(dòng)問(wèn)題,對(duì)車(chē)主進(jìn)行事先的預(yù)警,減少事故的發(fā)生。本文是對(duì)車(chē)輛制動(dòng)檢測(cè)的主要設(shè)備——反力滾筒式制動(dòng)臺(tái)的一種設(shè)計(jì)。
在本設(shè)計(jì)中,主要包含了幾個(gè)部分:動(dòng)力部分;傳動(dòng)部分;執(zhí)行部分和檢測(cè)部分。動(dòng)力部分采用大功率的三相異步電機(jī)作為動(dòng)力輸出,并且采用大凸緣的設(shè)計(jì)方式,使其能夠和減速器箱體連接在一起,并且兩端用軸承支撐,形成浮動(dòng)連接。傳動(dòng)部分為同軸減速器加鏈傳動(dòng)的模式。鏈傳動(dòng)可以使得滾筒部分的力矩只能以力的形式進(jìn)行傳遞,減輕對(duì)減速器的沖擊。同軸減速器的采用,可以使得制動(dòng)力所產(chǎn)生的力矩,通過(guò)減速器施加到測(cè)力杠桿上,此時(shí),位于測(cè)力杠桿上的壓力傳感器就會(huì)檢測(cè)到力的變化,獲取相關(guān)的制動(dòng)力信息。執(zhí)行部分主要實(shí)現(xiàn)的動(dòng)作是帶動(dòng)車(chē)輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),并達(dá)到要求的速度。檢測(cè)部分主要的裝置為第三滾筒和測(cè)力杠桿。第三滾筒的主要作用是檢測(cè)車(chē)輪的速度,以便于系統(tǒng)發(fā)出制動(dòng)信號(hào)和及時(shí)切斷電機(jī)電源。

Braking performance of the car is very important to dirve. it not only affects whether the vehicles can stop when there is an emergency, also affects the vehicle's dynamic performance. . Therefore, automobile braking force detection has a very important significance. It can be found the vehicle's braking problems in advance, and give the warning to the driver to reduce accidents. This article is a design of roller opposite forces type brake tester which is the main equipment of vehicle brake test.
In this design, there are mainly includes several parts: Power part; Transmission part; Perform part and test part. Power part use the three-phase asynchronous motor as power output, the shell of the motor and the body of reducer are got together. their ends are supported by rolling bearings, which can realizes the motor and reducer floating connection. Transmission part sues chain transmission mode and coaxial reducer to provide enough force and speed for terminal execution. This design can make braking brake force generates on gear reducer box, which can reduce the damage to the shaft. In this time, detection device on the reducer casing can detect changes of the force, and then we can know the relevant information of braking force .The action of perform part is driving the wheels rotation, and lets them get the requirements of speed. The main function of detection part is to detecte the wheel braking force and cut off the power of motor.
