3590 微型軸承外環(huán)外圓直徑自動檢測裝置設(shè)計,微型,軸承,外環(huán)外圓,直徑,自動檢測,裝置,設(shè)計 黑龍江工程學院本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計摘 要軸承在國民經(jīng)濟建設(shè)中具有極其重要的作用。各種旋轉(zhuǎn)機械中應(yīng)用最廣泛的一種通用機械部件。其中，滾動軸承是高度標準化的機械元件，有摩擦力小，啟動容易，潤滑簡單，便于更換等優(yōu)點，在機械結(jié)構(gòu)中幾乎是不可或缺的部件，是各種機械中傳遞運動和承受載荷的重要支承零件。而軸承質(zhì)量的好壞對機械設(shè)備的安全運轉(zhuǎn)有著很重要的影響，在組裝機械的時候保證軸承的質(zhì)量和對工作中的軸承部件進行實時觀測，有非常重要的意義。本文是微型軸承外環(huán)外圓直徑檢測裝置的機械部分設(shè)計，檢測部分選用一對電渦流式傳感器。本設(shè)計主要針對 635ZZ 型號的微型軸承進行檢測，整套檢測裝置較自動化，檢測精度較高。主要工作原理是送料機將軸承推送到到輸送帶上，再由輸送帶帶動行走，當還有32mm 軸承中心線與機械手指中心線重合時機械手開始動作，當軸承到達機械手中心線時停輸送帶停止，機械手抓取軸承送至檢測臺，由電渦流傳感器組進行檢測。關(guān)鍵詞：帶式輸送機；機械手；軸承；檢測；送料機黑龍江工程學院本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計ⅡABSTRACTBearing construction has a very important role in the national economy.
