3720 旋耕滅茬機(jī)總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),滅茬,總體,整體,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) 黑龍江工程學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)I摘 要機(jī)械旋耕滅茬技術(shù)是對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的耕作技術(shù)——機(jī)械翻、耙、壓耕作模式的重大改革。它是利用旋耕機(jī)、滅茬機(jī)、聯(lián)合整地機(jī)與其配套的拖拉機(jī)所進(jìn)行的一次性耕地作業(yè)技術(shù)。現(xiàn)在對(duì)于地上秸稈的還田技術(shù)已經(jīng)趨于成熟。但對(duì)于根茬，尤其是對(duì)玉米根茬的處理。依然是困擾廣大農(nóng)民的一大難題。旋耕滅茬機(jī)總體及側(cè)邊傳動(dòng)裝置設(shè)計(jì)，來(lái)源于生產(chǎn)實(shí)際。本設(shè)計(jì)主要是在普通臥式旋耕機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì),使之既能旋耕又能滅薦，以實(shí)現(xiàn)一機(jī)多用。設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容為：總體方案從確定、滅茬狀態(tài)總裝配圖，設(shè)計(jì)側(cè)邊或中間齒輪傳動(dòng)裝置及刀輥軸。通過(guò)改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)，增加刀輥軸的轉(zhuǎn)速和轉(zhuǎn)向。在工作時(shí)，通過(guò)適當(dāng)?shù)牟鹦逗透难b，就可實(shí)現(xiàn)不同功能的作業(yè)，以達(dá)到一機(jī)多能的目的。旋耕滅茬積及總體側(cè)邊轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)裝置的設(shè)計(jì)解決了現(xiàn)有旋耕機(jī)只能旋耕不能滅茬而滅茬機(jī)又只能滅茬不能旋耕的問(wèn)題。關(guān)鍵詞：滅茬機(jī)；旋耕機(jī)；側(cè)邊傳動(dòng)裝置；刀輥軸；壓耕黑龍江工程學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)IIABSTRACTRotary Tillage Stubble Cleaner .The traditional farming, machinery, farming, the double major reform mode.
