齒條撥叉加工工藝及夾具設(shè)計(jì)
摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)是基于齒條撥叉零件的加工工藝規(guī)程及一些工序的專(zhuān)用夾具設(shè)計(jì)。汽車(chē)轉(zhuǎn)向杠桿零件的主要加工表面是平面和孔系。一般來(lái)說(shuō),保證平面的加工精度要比保證加工精度容易。因此,本設(shè)計(jì)遵循先面后孔的原則。并將孔與平面的加工明確劃分成粗加工和精加工階段,以保證加工精度。主要加工工序是第一個(gè)支持孔定位加工出頂平面,然后頂平面和孔的位置的孔加工工藝配套系列。在后續(xù)工序中除與頂平面定位技術(shù)和加工其他孔與平面的個(gè)體的過(guò)程。利用坐標(biāo)鏜削加工孔。一般整個(gè)工藝的選擇。專(zhuān)用夾具的夾具,夾緊方式多選用氣動(dòng)夾緊,夾緊可靠,機(jī)構(gòu)不能自鎖,因此生產(chǎn)效率高,適合于大批量、流水線上加工,能夠滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。

ABSTRACT
