羊汽車?yán)K輪式電動玻璃升降器的總體設(shè)計摘 要畢業(yè)設(shè)計的課題基本分為三大類,即工藝工裝設(shè)計類、組合機(jī)床設(shè)計類和計算機(jī)課題類。本課題所涉及的是第一類,設(shè)計任務(wù)為繩輪式汽車玻璃升降器的設(shè)計,有電機(jī)輸出動力帶動鋼絲繩完成玻璃的上升和下降的工作循環(huán)。車門玻璃升降器作為車門附件,其作用是保證車門玻璃平穩(wěn)升降、門窗能隨時并順利地開啟和關(guān)閉,并能使玻璃停留在任意位置,不隨外力作用或汽車的顛簸而上下跳動。因此要求玻璃升降器結(jié)構(gòu)可靠、操縱輕便省力,并需有防止玻璃升降器倒轉(zhuǎn)的制動裝置。隨著汽車的不斷改進(jìn)和發(fā)展,玻璃升降器也由簡單的絲桿式、單臂式逐漸發(fā)展為今天的電動式。電動玻璃升降器結(jié)構(gòu)簡單可靠,操縱方便省力,被現(xiàn)代轎車普遍采用。它可以在副儀表板上布置控制開關(guān),也可以在各自的車門上單獨設(shè)置開關(guān),分別操作。駕駛員可以在自己的位置上通過控制開關(guān)開閉任一車門玻璃,提高了轎車的舒適性和方便性。本次設(shè)計主要包括升降器的基本分類和工作原理的介紹,主要針對繩輪式汽車玻璃升降器進(jìn)行設(shè)計,包括電機(jī)、鋼絲繩等主要部件的選擇及系統(tǒng)運動的計算分析。共完成圖紙近 6 張,基本完成老師所交給的任務(wù)。關(guān)鍵詞:車窗; 車門; 升降器; 繩輪。AbstractGraduation subject is divided into three basic categories, namely technology and equipment and design, and machine tool design and computer classes subject category.
