裝配圖動(dòng)力輸出總成的設(shè)計(jì)（720轉(zhuǎn)-分）（有cad圖+文獻(xiàn)翻譯）,裝配,動(dòng)力,輸出,總成,設(shè)計(jì),cad,文獻(xiàn),翻譯 動(dòng)力輸出總成的設(shè)計(jì)（720轉(zhuǎn)/分） 摘 要 動(dòng)力輸出軸是拖拉機(jī)的重要工作部件,動(dòng)力輸出主要用于拖拉機(jī)在行進(jìn)中輸出發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)動(dòng)力以驅(qū)動(dòng)農(nóng)機(jī)具,如割草機(jī)、噴藥機(jī)等。動(dòng)力輸出總成的設(shè)計(jì)是基于減速增扭的原理。動(dòng)力從變速箱引出，再進(jìn)過一對(duì)大小齒輪減速，轉(zhuǎn)速減小的同時(shí)，扭矩成比例的增加。動(dòng)力輸出沒有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的設(shè)計(jì)過程，主要根據(jù)變速器和減速器的設(shè)計(jì)，確定齒輪的傳動(dòng)類型、傳動(dòng)關(guān)系、受力分析、建立數(shù)學(xué)模型。依據(jù)傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法，本著半經(jīng)驗(yàn)半理論的設(shè)計(jì)原則通過類比的方法，參考已有車型的動(dòng)力輸出的設(shè)計(jì)過程，然后驗(yàn)算零件的強(qiáng)度和機(jī)械應(yīng)力情況，最后確定了采用半獨(dú)立式的動(dòng)力輸出機(jī)構(gòu)方案，動(dòng)力直接從發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的曲軸引出，這種輸出類型現(xiàn)在被廣泛使用，特別受到歐美的青睞。本次設(shè)計(jì)采用的主動(dòng)的直齒滑動(dòng)齒輪嚙合，主動(dòng)齒輪可以在高速軸上滑動(dòng)，以提供嚙合和分離的選擇。這種設(shè)計(jì)最大的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，便于安裝和維修。 而且為了避免動(dòng)力輸出軸頭在高速旋轉(zhuǎn)下危及人身的事故發(fā)生，本次設(shè)計(jì)專門設(shè)計(jì)了動(dòng)力輸出軸保護(hù)罩，保證外露的高速旋轉(zhuǎn)部件不會(huì)傷害人，提高了使用的安全性。 關(guān)鍵詞：動(dòng)力輸出軸，半獨(dú)立式，主動(dòng)齒輪，從動(dòng)齒輪 POWER TAKEOFF SHAFT DESIGN（720r/min） ABSTRACT Power take off shaft is an important part of the tractor, PTO shaft provides a means to drive the machines that are being towed by the tractor, Take mower and manure spreaders for example. The PTO shaft operates on the principle of reducing the PTO shaft speed, before the drive from the transmission is applied. At the same time ,the PTO shaft increases the torque ,for when speed is lost through gears, torque is gained in the same proportion . According to the design of the transmissions in consideration of the simplicity and reliability. According to the traditional mean of design, part experience and theory and analogism. We firstly chose gear type, make selection of the gear parameter, then establish the mathematic model dose the type of the being. In this thesis, we dose semi-independent type. This type of PTO shaft is popular not only in our country, but also in Europe. The merit of this type is outstanding, We choose spur gear to transmit the drive.the driving gear can be slid along the splines on the internal end of shaft and into mesh with driven gear. The means of this type is easy for fixing and mending. To avoid the accident of the wound from the revolving of the end of PTO shaft, the shaft and universal joint of PTO should be guarded by commercially available shields ,which cover moving part, so it will improve the softy.
