摘要
本設(shè)計(jì)以袁二煤礦10號(hào)煤層為開采煤層。10#煤層地質(zhì)條件較為簡(jiǎn)單,煤層傾角5-25度,平均煤厚4m,礦井設(shè)計(jì)資源量106.6Mt,設(shè)計(jì)可采儲(chǔ)量90.56Mt,設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)能力1.8 Mt/a,服務(wù)年限50.2a。
本礦井采用立井開拓,設(shè)置主立井,副立井,回風(fēng)立井根據(jù)國(guó)家相關(guān)法律法規(guī)、行業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范和銀河煤礦提供的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)資料,設(shè)計(jì)共提出了2個(gè)技術(shù)上可行、經(jīng)濟(jì)上較合理的井田開拓方案,經(jīng)過方案比選,最終確定選用方案一,即立井雙水平開拓,采區(qū)后退式開采,單一長(zhǎng)壁綜合機(jī)械化一次采全高采煤法。
設(shè)計(jì)首采區(qū)采用采區(qū)準(zhǔn)備方式,工作面長(zhǎng)度200 m,采用一次采全高采煤法,全部跨落法處理采空區(qū)。礦井采用“三八”制作業(yè),兩班生產(chǎn),一班檢修。生產(chǎn)班每班3個(gè)循環(huán),日進(jìn)6個(gè)循環(huán),循環(huán)進(jìn)尺0.6 m礦井生產(chǎn)采用抽出式通風(fēng)方式,中央并列式通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)。設(shè)計(jì)選用箕斗作主提升,帶式輸送機(jī)作主運(yùn)輸,無軌膠輪車罐籠作輔助提升,無軌膠輪車作為輔助運(yùn)輸。

ABSTRACT
The paper is designed on the basis of 10# coal seam on Yuan er coal mine.The geological condition of 10#coal seam is simple and its dip angle coal is 5to 25 degree. Besides the average thickness of 10#coal seam is nearly 4m. The designed mine resource is 106.6 Mt and recoverable reserves is 90.56 Mt.The coal seam of design production capacity is 1.8Mt/a and the length of service is 50.2 years.
This mine uses shaft development way, sets the main shaft, auxiliary shaft and air shaft.According to relevant state laws and regulations, Industry standard and Basic data Provide by Milky Way Coal Mine, the design put forward 2 technically feasible, economically reasonable mine development scheme. After the comparison, scheme 1 is seleted. That is adit opening in two level, panel strip retreating working, long wall fully mechanized mining overall height in one times. ,Designed first mining district, the length of working face is 200 m, which uses fully-mechanized coal mining technology, and fully caving method to deal with goaf. The working system is “three-eight”,with two teams mining, and the other overhauling. Every mining team makes three working cycle, with4working cycle everyday. Advance of working cycle is 0.8 m,
