摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)主要闡明了年產(chǎn)48000噸鋁鎂碳質(zhì)耐火磚廠在設(shè)計(jì)中的問題和設(shè)計(jì)方案的選擇。首先,根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求、設(shè)計(jì)原則、鋁鎂碳磚的生產(chǎn)規(guī)模和生產(chǎn)方法,確定出生產(chǎn)的工藝過程、原料配比和顆粒的組成和各個(gè)車間的工作制度等。其次,進(jìn)行物料平衡計(jì)算計(jì)算、主機(jī)平衡計(jì)算,根據(jù)計(jì)算結(jié)果選擇設(shè)備型號,再根據(jù)設(shè)備在工廠中的安裝及檢修要求進(jìn)行車間布置。本設(shè)計(jì)具有廠房布局合理,空間利用充分,有利于日后生產(chǎn)規(guī)模擴(kuò)大,選用除塵設(shè)備改善工作環(huán)境保證工人的身體健康,對廢磚坯進(jìn)行回收處理利用,降低成本等特點(diǎn)。

Abstract
This design mainly elaborated the annual output of 48000 tons of aluminum magnesium carbon refractory brick factories on issues and solutions in the design of choice. First of all, according to the design requirements, design principles, alumina magnesia carbon brick factory scale and production methods, the process of production, raw material proportioning and particle composition, working system of every workshop etc. Second, material balance calculation, main engine balance calculations, according to calculation results of equipment selection. According to equipment installation and repair requirements of workshop in the factory room layout. This design has the factory rational layout, space use fully, is advantageous to the scale of production expanded in the future, dust removal equipment to improve working conditions selected to ensure that workers' health, to recycling use of waste bricks, reduce cost etc.
