【摘要】：本課程主要是設計通用小型自動大豆磨漿機，國內的用戶大多使用ML-125立式或MW-125臥式兩種磨漿機加工豆?jié){，磨漿機產品作為食用制漿機械，其接觸食品材料，如：料斗、撥料器、砂輪、出料口等均應采用無毒材料。隨著同國際標準的接軌，國家衛(wèi)生安全標準也將逐步提高。目前所使用的鍍鋅板等材料必將被淘汰，替代材料的選用應引起企業(yè)的高度重視。設計一種自動性能的磨機有著巨大的社會和經濟效益，以及如何進一步改善其性能和擴大其應用范圍，使小型大豆自分渣磨漿機能得到更好的發(fā)展，能更好為生產和生活服務。在產品的結構以及關鍵部件設計開發(fā)上，各企業(yè)需進一步加強技術理論研究和技術開發(fā)工作，目前磨漿機產品設計與制造，大多企業(yè)存在相互仿制情況，缺乏對產品進一步研究和開發(fā)。因此，設計一種新型高性能的磨漿機迫在眉睫。
