滾齒機(jī)總體及傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)摘要:齒輪加工機(jī)床是機(jī)械制造工業(yè)中的一種重要的技術(shù)裝備,技術(shù)含量高且結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,滾齒機(jī)又是齒輪加工機(jī)床中應(yīng)用最為廣泛的一種,因此我們必須重視滾齒機(jī)的發(fā)展,不斷改進(jìn)技術(shù),使之達(dá)到國際領(lǐng)先水平。本文主要論述了滾齒機(jī)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展趨勢及滾齒機(jī)在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中的作用。主要設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)是滾齒機(jī)機(jī)床總體結(jié)構(gòu)、傳動(dòng)方案的設(shè)計(jì)。主要設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容包括:機(jī)床總體方案和機(jī)床工藝范圍的確定,機(jī)床傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),機(jī)床總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),以及冷卻裝置總成設(shè)計(jì)和床身零件的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)等。本機(jī)床主要有四條傳動(dòng)鏈:主運(yùn)動(dòng)傳動(dòng)鏈,展成運(yùn)動(dòng)傳動(dòng)鏈,進(jìn)給運(yùn)動(dòng)傳動(dòng)鏈和附加運(yùn)動(dòng)傳動(dòng)鏈,對(duì)每個(gè)傳動(dòng)鏈的傳動(dòng)比進(jìn)行分配,并通過掛輪對(duì)機(jī)床進(jìn)行調(diào)整。設(shè)計(jì)的目標(biāo)是使得機(jī)床能滿足強(qiáng)度、剛度、壽命、工藝性與經(jīng)濟(jì)性等方面的要求,且運(yùn)行平穩(wěn),工件可靠,結(jié)構(gòu)合理,裝卸方便,便于維修與調(diào)整,最后能滿足加工要求,保證加工精度。關(guān)鍵詞:滾齒機(jī);傳動(dòng)鏈;總體設(shè)計(jì);冷卻裝置;床身Gear-hobbing machine system design and transmission system designAbstract: The gear machine tool is one kind of important technical equip in the machine manufacture industry, the technical content is high and the structure is also complex, the gear-hobbing machine also is a machine equipment which is applies the most widespread, therefore we must take the attention of the development of the gear-hobbing machine, improves the technology, enables it to achieve the international leading level. This article mainly elaborated the development of the gear-hobbing machine at present situation and the trend of development and the gear-hobbing machine in industrial production. The most important task is to design bed structure and transmission plan of gear-hobbing machine. The main design content includes: The engine bed system design, designs the engine bed overall structure, definite engine bed technology capability. The engine bed transmission system design, this machine has four transmission chains: The main movement transmission chain, unfolds movement transmission chain, the feed motion transmission chain and the attached motion transmission chain, needs to design each transmission chain the velocity ratio assignment. As well as cooling system unit design and lathe bed components structural design. The design enables the machine to satisfy such requests as intensity, rigidity, life, process and efficiency , moreover, it demands steadily movement, work piece is reliable, reliable clamping and structure, loading and unloading is convenient, repairing and adjustment is easy, finally can satisfy the processing request, guarantees processing precision.
