摘 要由于顎式破 碎機(jī)具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、制造容易、 維護(hù)方便、工作可靠等特點(diǎn)。所以 ,世界各國(guó)在冶金、化工、建筑材料 、礦工等基礎(chǔ)工業(yè)部門都廣泛采用這種設(shè)備。復(fù)擺顎式破碎機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,制造容易、工作可靠、使用維修方便,所以常見的還是傳統(tǒng)的復(fù)擺顎式破碎機(jī)。 根據(jù)要求我 設(shè)計(jì)了復(fù)擺顎式破碎機(jī),其工作 原理是:工作時(shí),電動(dòng)機(jī)通過皮帶 輪帶動(dòng)偏心軸旋轉(zhuǎn),使動(dòng)顎周期地靠近 、離開定顎,從而對(duì)物料有擠壓 、搓、碾等多重破碎,使物料由大變小 ,逐漸下落,直至從排料口排出。 設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容主 要包括了復(fù)擺顎式破碎機(jī)的動(dòng)顎 、偏心軸、皮帶輪、動(dòng)顎齒板等一 些重要部件;另外對(duì)顎式破碎機(jī)的工 作原理及特點(diǎn)和主要部件作了介紹;同時(shí)對(duì)機(jī)器參數(shù)(主軸轉(zhuǎn)速、生產(chǎn)能力、破碎力、功率等)作了計(jì)算。 關(guān)鍵詞:復(fù)擺顎式 破碎機(jī);偏心軸;動(dòng)顎Abstract Due to the jaw crusher is simple in structure, easy to manufacture, convenient maintenance work reliable.
