摘 要
本課題是針對(duì)天然氣管道內(nèi)徑測(cè)量的問(wèn)題而進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。油氣管道運(yùn)輸是世界上5大運(yùn)輸方式,在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中占有重要地位;然而,由于油氣管道介質(zhì)易燃易
爆,油氣管道失效,容易導(dǎo)致嚴(yán)重的事故,嚴(yán)重危害當(dāng)?shù)厝嗣竦纳拓?cái)產(chǎn)安全,可能會(huì)對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)氐纳鷳B(tài)環(huán)境造成災(zāi)難性的后果。為了確保油氣管道的運(yùn)輸安全,科學(xué)的檢查和合理維護(hù)油氣管道一直是世界各國(guó)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。
本次設(shè)計(jì)的通徑測(cè)量器能夠?qū)χ睆皆?00-1000mm的天然氣管道進(jìn)行檢測(cè),該機(jī)構(gòu)包括以下部分:
(1)列車式兩段機(jī)身結(jié)構(gòu),可以通過(guò)一些彎道。
(2)傘狀的運(yùn)動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu),通過(guò)傘狀運(yùn)動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)的伸縮適應(yīng)不同內(nèi)徑的管道。
(3)前后分置驅(qū)動(dòng)輪,可以雙向運(yùn)行。
根據(jù)上述計(jì)算和設(shè)計(jì),借助UG-NX10.0和CAD軟件完成了數(shù)字模型,經(jīng)過(guò)運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真驗(yàn)證了本設(shè)計(jì)的正確性,為天然氣管道檢測(cè)技術(shù)提供了新的方法。

ABSTRACT
This subject is aimed at the problem of measuring the inner diameter of natural gas pipeline. Oil and gas pipeline is the world's 5 major modes of transport, occupying the important position in national economy; however, due to the oil and gas pipeline medium flammable and explosive, oil and gas pipeline failure, easily lead to serious accidents, seriously endangering the safety of the local people's life and property, there could be disastrous consequences for the local ecosystem. In order to ensure the transportation safety of oil and gas pipelines, scientific examination and rational maintenance of oil and gas pipelines have always been the focus and difficulty of the world.
The designed diameter measuring device can measure the diameter of the natural gas pipeline at 400-1000mm, which includes the following parts:
(1) Train type two section fuselage structure can pass some curve.
(2) Umbrella movement structure, through the umbrella movement structure expansion, adapts the different bore diameter the pipeline.
(3) Drive the wheel before and after, which can operate in both directions.
According to the above calculation and design, the digital model has been completed by means of UG-NX10.0 and CAD software, and the correctness of the design has been proved by motion simulation. It provides a new method for gas pipeline inspection.
