摘 要
本設(shè)計的題目是石英表墊片的復(fù)合模具，通過對方案的選擇排樣的計算，沖壓力的計算和壓力中心確定的計算以及凸凹模刃口的計算等使本副模具基本符合沖壓要求。
復(fù)合模具的精度要求很高導(dǎo)向要求十分精確，在設(shè)計本副模具時遇到很大的阻力經(jīng)過對各方案的選擇和排除最終才選擇此方案。通過近三周的拼搏，本副復(fù)合模具設(shè)計終于完成。。
由于設(shè)計者的能力所限，設(shè)計中的不足之處還有好多。還有復(fù)合模具益后側(cè)導(dǎo)柱模架—《實用模具技術(shù)手冊》，本模具的沖裁力不大精度基本能保證的前提下選擇了中間導(dǎo)柱模架。相信不久本模具投入市場一定能帶來很好的效益服務(wù)大眾，服務(wù)社會。
