黑龍江工程學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計 I 摘 要 垃圾車在現(xiàn)代生活中起到的作用越來越大，越來越被人們的重視?，F(xiàn)代的垃圾車 設(shè)計在專用車設(shè)計中的占有的地位也越來越高。目前，垃圾車設(shè)計普遍存在著價位過 高，與當(dāng)前垃圾車的實際接受能力存有一定的距離，致使高消費的垃圾專用車的消費 量較小。本設(shè)計從市場現(xiàn)實需求角度出發(fā)，看重實際，把設(shè)計功能較完善合理，充分 滿足功能要求作為設(shè)計目標(biāo)。在設(shè)計中,積極使用新型材料、降低成本價格,以期生產(chǎn) 出占有市場優(yōu)勢,功能全，價格低，市場需求量較多的實用型擺臂垃圾車。 設(shè)計中，針對現(xiàn)有垃圾車廂斗由于使用環(huán)境問題，而致使存在的廂斗易腐蝕、使 用周期短的不良現(xiàn)象，加置抗腐蝕性強的內(nèi)層廂體，大大延長了廂斗的使用壽命，進(jìn) 一步增加了實用性。較好的解決了該類垃圾車車廂斗的易腐蝕問題。并且內(nèi)層材料價 格相對較低,有望成為擺臂式垃圾車密封車廂的新產(chǎn)品。 關(guān)鍵詞：垃圾車；車廂；擺臂；支腿；液壓系統(tǒng) 黑龍江工程學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計 II ABSTRACT Garbage truck the role which plays in the modern life is getting bigger and bigger, more and more by people's value. Regards the reality, from market realistic demand angle embarking, is perfect the design function reasonably, in satisfies the function request in the foundation, uses the new material, to truncate the low price, to hold the market superiority positively to take the design idea and the starting point, produces the function entire, the cost is low, the market demand many practical suspends the arm garbage truck. In the design, fights in view of the existing trash compartment as a result of the use environment question, but causes the existence the theater box to fight easily to corrode, the use cycle short undesirable tendency, Canada sets at the corrosion resistivity strong project with to gather hardly the chlorine second grade thin plastic level, lengthened the service life which greatly the theater box fights, further increased the usability.
