淺析中小型企業(yè)新融資方式與融資條件,淺析,中小型企業(yè),融資,方式,條件,前提 內容摘要 在我國的經(jīng)濟建設過程中，中小型企業(yè)的發(fā)展與壯大關乎經(jīng)濟的穩(wěn)定與國家的富強，但是由于國家出臺的政策較少直接針對中小企業(yè)這一部分，加上現(xiàn)有融資方式的局限，大部分的中小企業(yè)普遍陷入融資困境。本文主要從融資渠道狹窄和融資成本高昂兩方面分析了中小型企業(yè)的融資現(xiàn)狀，從而很好地說明了引進新型融資方式的必要性，從銀行對中小型企業(yè)融資普遍存在歧視,信用擔保體系的不健全,法律法規(guī)的不完善以及中小型企業(yè)自身存在的問題進行了原因分析，介紹了幾種有效的新型融資方式，如建立應收賬款融資服務平臺、天使融資以及私募融資，他們在拓寬中小型企業(yè)融資渠道、降低融資成本所發(fā)揮的作用，并提出消除銀行對中小型企業(yè)融資的歧視,完善中小型企業(yè)融資服務機構，政府需針對中小型企業(yè)融資難的問題修法立案，中小型企業(yè)還應該加強自身管理，提高企業(yè)的信用水平等一系列對策與建議，期望對我國中小型企業(yè)融資難題的化解具有一定的參考價值。 關鍵詞：中小企業(yè) 融資現(xiàn)狀 新型融資方式 Abstract In the current financing market, appears a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises are becoming more and more important to our country’s economic and social development, but due to less national policies aimed directly at this part of small and medium-sized enterprises, combined with the limitations of existing ways of financing, most of the small and medium-sized enterprises generally exist the problem of financing difficulties. The article gives a comprehensive consideration on the basis of the small and medium-sized enterprises actual conditions, analyzing the present financing situation of small and medium-sized enterprises and when small and medium-sized enterprises use the current financing ways, there are some problems, therefore, there are well illustrate that introducing some new financing ways are very necessary in order to solve the financing difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprises, provides detailed information on several advanced and mature new financing ways in the foreign countries, such as Chattel financing, Pawn financing, Angel investment, Supply chain financing and Private placement, expounded the meanings of these new financing ways, their advantages and disadvantages, and the benefits when small and medium-sized enterprises choose them, afterwards draw forth to a series of risk prevention measures should be well done when use these new financing ways. Hence, for the sake of solving the problem of financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises well, the government, banks and investors and enterprises need to make joint efforts, to open up new financing markets for small and medium-sized enterprises, to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises grow up.
