摘?要
隨著礦井開(kāi)采深度的不斷延伸和采掘設(shè)備容量的不斷增大,工作面的耗電量驟增。如果繼續(xù)采用以往由采區(qū)變電所用低壓向工作面供電的方式,顯然是不經(jīng)濟(jì)、不合理的。為此,專門設(shè)計(jì)、制造了移動(dòng)變電站,移動(dòng)變電站可以放在采掘工作面附近平巷的軌道上,可隨工作面的推進(jìn)而移動(dòng),并將采區(qū)變電所送來(lái)的高壓電降為與采掘設(shè)備電壓等級(jí)相符的電壓后,供給采掘設(shè)備使用。供電距離大大縮短,可大幅減少電壓損失,提高供電質(zhì)量和供電的經(jīng)濟(jì)性。本設(shè)計(jì)通過(guò)對(duì)采區(qū)負(fù)荷的分析和計(jì)算選取變壓器,根據(jù)短路電流的計(jì)算,選擇并校驗(yàn)高壓配裝置和低壓保護(hù)箱。最后,選取并校驗(yàn)了電力電纜,進(jìn)行了必要的繼電保護(hù)整定,完成了整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)。
