輸油管接頭注塑模設計
摘 要
本次所做的是輸油管接頭模具,該模具是以三板式模具為模板,根據(jù)塑件的尺寸,確定模具型腔的尺寸,從而確定型芯尺寸及氣體尺寸。
塑料注射的設計過程,其中的設計內(nèi)容有零件的工藝性編制:塑件的工藝性分析、塑件的體積和質(zhì)量計算及注射機參數(shù)的確定;結構設計:分型面選擇、型腔數(shù)確定、型腔的排列方式、澆口設計、側向分型抽芯機構設計、推出及復位機構方式確定;型芯、型腔尺寸計算;模具加熱和冷卻系統(tǒng)計算;模具閉合高度確定;注射機有關參數(shù)的校核; 如此設計出的結構可確保模具工作運用可靠。最后對模具結構與注射機的匹配進行了校核。并用AUTOCAD繪制了一套模具裝配圖和零件圖。
